Your booking on this website is conditional on your accepting the terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, you must not proceed with your booking. By completing your booking you accept that you have read, understood and accepted the terms. If there is any part that you do not fully understand, or if you have a query on the product, please contact us. On submitting your reservation for a product on this website, we will confirm your reservation by email and supply a voucher which should be printed and presented to the hotel on arrival. We will not have any contract with you for the supply of any product at the price offered until your booking is confirmed and we have received payment of 10% deposit. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. 2. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice and you agree that your continued use of this site will be conditional upon the terms and conditions in force at the time of your use. 3. To book your accommodation, simply complete the details in the booking section of this website and pay a 10% deposit on the total price of your accommodation. The person who completes the web booking form must have the authority to do so on behalf of all the other travellers in the group, confirms that the people named on it accept the booking conditions, and is responsible for the full cost of the accommodation, including any cancellation or amendment charges. He/she will inform other members of the party of confirmation details and any other appropriate information. 4. You warrant that you are 18 years of age or over and have legal capacity to use our website and to create binding legal obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of use of this site. You warrant that all personal information submitted during accommodation bookings and membership registration is correct. You accept financial responsibility for all transactions made under your name or account. 5. The basic accommodation cost includes the following: - Accommodation and meals as confirmed on your booking - All obligatory hotel service charges and taxes - VAT - If there is any exception, it will be shown clearly in the particular hotel/s details clearly. 6. At the time of booking 10% deposit of the total amount of accommodation will be deducted from your credit or debit card. Payment transactions to us are encrypted by an internationally accepted secure payment system. This technically secure environment ensures that credit card details cannot be intercepted and are not revealed to anyone other than to financial institutions required to process payment instructions from the customer. Please note that some hotels may require a credit card imprint at check-in to act as a guarantee against any incidental charges that may be incurred during your stay. 7. You may cancel or modify your booking at any time on our website. If the booking is cancelled before 72 hours, a service charge of £5 will be levied to cover administrative expenses, and the balance of the deposit will be refunded. Modifications involving a reduction in number of nights within the timescale that cancellation fees apply, may also be subject to this charge. If the reservation is cancelled within 72 hours or in the case of no shows, there will be cancellation charge of 100% of the first day’s cost, including the deposit paid. Proceeding with your reservation means you expressly accept such charges. 8. You are strongly advised to travel with adequate travel insurance to cover any eventuality 9. Force majeure shall include (but is not limited to) government intervention, war or threat of war, civil commotion, fire, flood, earthquake, accident, storm, terrorist attack or industrial action affecting our suppliers. 10. If you have a complaint you must tell the accommodation reception/management immediately to enable them to take action to rectify the situation. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damages caused by the acts, omissions or negligence of any third party supplier. 11. The information on this site is posted in good faith but we cannot guarantee that it is completely free from inaccuracies and typographical errors and we do not accept liability for any error or omission on this site. Links on our website to third party websites may exist for information purposes only. Such sites are independent from us, which we are not responsible for and do not endorse the material contained therein. Hotels and other suppliers of services on this site are independent businesses and are not agents or employees of our company and we are not liable for any acts, omissions, breaches or negligence of any such suppliers or for any damages or expenses resulting from the aforesaid. We are not liable for any refunds in the event of overbooking or force majeure or any other cause beyond our control. 12. These terms and conditions contain some exclusions and limitations of liability. If any part of the conditions proves to be not valid or unenforceable, the rest of the conditions will remain valid. The invalid or unenforceable condition will be deemed as supplanted by an enforceable and valid form conveying the same meaning.
